The technique is called a helmet dip & touch up. This is how they get patterns on helmets – quite different than how you would imagine, with someone sitting down and painting on the helmet. Army helmets use the same technique and this allows you to do way more helmets in an hour than hand printing would. Also, the material of the helmet can not be printed before moulding, as the design wouldn’t look good after it goes through the complete process of helmet making. This makes this top of the class, durable and as we can see, awesome.
